Keto Beef and Cabbage

A simple, one-pan keto meal with tender cabbage, garlic, and savory ground meat low carb, filling, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef

  • 1 12oz bag frozen onion and 3 pepper or fresh

  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes least sugar

  • 1 medium green cabbage

  • dried basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, tarragon, garlic 

Directions

Step 1

In large fry pan brown the ground beef until cooked.

Step 2

Add onion, peppers, seasonings and tomatoes. Stir well.

Step 3

Cut cabbage in half and cut out core. Slice into noodle sized pieces

Step 4

Add cabbage to fry pan and cover. Let simmer 25 minutes stirring occasionally

Step 4

Before the cabbage is cooked I add garlic salt and Redmond's salt to taste. The cabbage is cooked when tender but not overcooked

Serve in a bowl it's juicy and delicious and makes great leftovers Enjoy!!
