Chicken Mozzarella Spinach Air Fryer Dinner
Yummy nourishing keto-friendly chicken in the air fryer for quick weeknight dinner with few ingredients.
Ingredients
1 package boneless skinless chicken breast 5 breasts
2 tbs dried basil
2 tbs tarragon
2 tbs dried Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 spray bottle avocado oil
3/4 12 oz bottle Brianna's Home Style Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
1 package baby spinach
1 bag grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
Step 1
Place chicken in air fryer. Season with all herbs. Spray generous amount of oil on chicken.
Step 2
Cook in air fryer for 10 minutes at 350. Then pour dressing on chicken. Put back in fryer for 10 minutes at 350. If you have the probe place it in the thickest chicken breast. Set to chicken breast setting.
Step 3
Test chicken for doneness - 165 in each piece - chicken has to be fully cooked for your safety. Put back in air fryer if not fully cooked and finish cooking till done.
Step 4
When chicken is fully cooked add spinach on top of chicken. Evenly distribute cheese over spinach. Put back in fryer and broil for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with salad or vegetable and enjoy!
